Timely Cancellation Refund Policy for Strength and Healing Massage Therapy ONLY!

If you cancel your massage 24 hours or more before your scheduled start time, you’re eligible for a refund.

1. Eligibility: Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance (Mountain Time) qualify for a refund.
2. Refund Amount: Full refund to the original payment method or a 100% account credit (your choice).
3. Processing Time: Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Third-Party Fees: Any nonrefundable fees charged by outside platforms are excluded (if applicable).

How to Cancel:

Use our online booking, call or text 719-500-1675, us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Note: This policy applies to massage appointments canceled with sufficient notice. Separate policies may apply for late cancellations/no-shows and fitness classes.

Class Pack Refund Policy for Strength and Healing The Herd ONLY!

At Strength and Healing The Herd Fitness Studio, we value your commitment to wellness. To ensure fairness and clarity, our policy for Class Pack purchases is as follows:

1. All Class Pack sales are final once purchased.
2. Unused Class Packs: If you have not used any classes in your pack, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.Owner will determine if a refund is warranted.
3. Partially Used Class Packs: Once a class has been attended from your package, the purchase is considered active and no refunds will be issued.
4. Transfers: Class Packs are non-transferable and may not be shared with others.
5. Expiration Dates: All Class Packs must be used within the stated expiration period of 90 days at the time of purchase. Unused classes after expiration are forfeited.
